UH ALERT: (12:05 p.m.) This is an official emergency notification. HPD and UH Mānoa Campus Security are investigating a report of a distraught male who is possibly armed with a weapon. Suspect is described as an Asian male approximately 5'7" tall, wearing black and blue long-sleeve shirt, dark shorts and a baseball cap, and carrying a blue backpack. Until this situation has been declared safe by HPD, please stay away from Manoa Stream behind East-West Center, Waahila Faculty Housing and School of Hawaiian Knowledge. Please take precautions. If you see this person or anything suspicious, call 911 for HPD or 956-6911 immediately.
